Project and Design Works;
Even though Santes is a contracting company, pays great attention to Engineering and Designing works of all applications. Therefore, it shows the ultimate attention in order to perform each one of the projecting and engineering works in the best possible way. In the fields of designing, it is aimed for the employees working in the department of engineering to be experienced and educated as well as to improve themselves and make researches constantly. Thus, it is shown great deal for all main technical personnel to participate in intercompany seminars and also domestic-foreign seminars. A designing group including engineers and technical draftsmen offers engineering services required for the company in headquarter of SANTES. On the other hand, there are project engineers and technical draftsmen in necessary numbers at worksites according to the requirements of projects.
Main engineering and system design are firstly prepared by SANTES Engineering Group for all contracting works. SANTES Central Engineering Group performs and supports all designing works required for Worksite project group. If it is required except that, collaboration is established with other project and engineering groups in the sector, a support is received from them. A SUBCONTRACTOR agreement might be signed in order to perform some parts of the project in a busy project preparing process and all parts of the projects are checked by SANTES Project Groups.
The company works in coordination with a lot of domestic-foreign partners at international projects. The good and reliable relationships of SANTES with other companies in the sectors gain big advantages and economical solutions for the investors during tender and application.
Material supplying, commissioning and training; the company has profession for electro mechanic areas stated below and has signed big projects;
- Ordering, providing and delivering all types of materials and equipments in the shortest possible time,
-Taking all types of electro-mechanic system including process equipments etc. into the operation and testing,
-Offering business and training services theoretically and practically for the completed works.
Contracting Works and System Maintenance;
The company undertakes to perform all works including maintenance for contracting works. SANTES controls the service maintenance services; the performance tests and operating conditions of all the established electro mechanic systems and then provides them to run in the most effective way. It is provided for these works to run in conformity with the prescribed energy consumption costs and the set values suggested in design conditions of the facility.
Private Equipment Production;
If SANTES needs some special mechanic equipments for the contracted works, it makes them produced in its business partner factories.
